BALI TICKET CENTER offers a platform for users to purchase tickets for various activities in Bali. By making a purchase through our platform, you agree to provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information. We reserve the right to cancel any order if we suspect fraudulent activity.

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices displayed on www.baliticketcenter.com are in the local currency IDR 0r USD and inclusive of applicable taxes. We strive to maintain accurate pricing information, but errors may occur. In such cases, we reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order placed at an incorrect price.

Payment methods accepted include credit cards, debit cards and online payment platforms.

4. Ticket Delivery

Upon successful completion of your purchase, BALI TICKET CENTER will send an electronic ticket via whatsapp or email. It is your responsibility to ensure the accuracy of your whatsapp number or email address. If you do not receive your ticket within a reasonable period, please contact our customer support.

5. Cancellation and Refunds

Guests may request a cancellation up to 2 days (H-2) before the activity or experience start date/time to receive a 100% refund of the total payment made.

If the cancellation is made 1 day before the activity (H-1), less than 24 hours before the start time, or on the day of the activity, the payment will be non-refundable.

All cancellation deadlines are calculated based on the local time zone of the activity or experience location.

6. User Responsibilities
